With over 40 years of multidisciplinary experience across banking, treasury, and law, I bring a unique blend of financial insight and legal expertise to every case I handle.
After beginning my career with the Central Government’s Audit Department, I spent nearly three decades with the Central Bank of India, specializing in Banking, Finance, Investments, Funds Management, Credit, Management, legal, Actuarial, Debt/Equity/Liquidity managemnet. My journey then led me to head the Wholesale Debt Market (WDM) as Director with Pioneer Investcorp’s Infinity.com, before dedicating myself fully to Legal and Financial Consultancy.
As a practicing advocate for over a decade at Mumbai, empanelled with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and now a proud member of the Bar Council of Rajasthan, I currently serve as Empanelled Counsel to multiple Public and Private Sector Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies, and Corporates.
My core areas of practice include Banking & Financial Laws, Civil & Property Litigation, Corporate & Commercial Matters, SARFAESI, DRT & NCLT cases, Legal Documentation, and Matrimonial Disputes.
